How do I use the Tracking number you've sent me?
Whenever we send out a delivery we include a tracking link so that you can follow its progress
(it takes 6 hours after despatch before it will show on the delivery company's website)
Here are the links to all the delivery companies we use so you can track your order

- Royal Mail (Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland and Eire plus rest of the world)
Please note: We ship all International orders by Royal Mail International Signed For.
Due to restrictions on size and volume, all orders must be under 3 items and total no more than £150 or they will not be processed at checkout.

Orders placed on Special Delivery are despatched within 48 working hours - Standard Delivery £4.50
Orders received on a working day (Mon-Fri) are delivered within 3-5 working days. - Saturday Delivery £10.50
Orders placed on a Friday before 3pm, delivered Saturday between 9am - 5pm - Eire Delivery £6
Orders received are delivered within 7-10 working days from order day - EU Delivery £6
Orders received are delivered within 5 weeks from order day - International Delivery £6
Orders received are delivered within 5 weeks from order day
†Any orders placed on Thursday after 4pm, are processed Friday for delivery Monday.
Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday (Standard, Special & Gold Delivery) are processed on a Monday for delivery Tuesday
Paprika now offers a Saturday Delivery Service
(Orders placed before 3pm on a Friday (selecting Saturday delivery) will be delivered Saturday at £10.50
There are no dispatches on Saturday or Sunday, only Saturday deliveries (when Saturday (UK mainland) has been selected)
